Woolworths supermarket shopper’s new receipt warning after being overcharged four times

A Woolworths customer has warned other shoppers to be wary after discovering repeated errors on her supermarket receipts.

Sharing on Facebook, shopper Noreen claimed she has been overcharged for the same item four times in as many months.

Posting a photo of the receipt showing the most receipt error, Noreen said she was frustrated to see that a carton of eggs had accidentally been scanned twice.

“Fourth time since November that I have been overcharged,” said Noreen.

“Who knows how many other times, as I only started checking after a double scan of $15 in November.

“If it’s the machines, fix it. If it’s the operators, train them.”
