Three COVID cases reported in New South Wales as Northern Beaches restrictions ease

Three new coronavirus cases have been reported in New South Wales.

Two of the new cases were linked to the Berala cluster and the remainder to the Northern Beaches.

All are close contacts of known cases.

It comes on the first day that stay-at-home orders for the Northern Beaches ended, bringing the LGA to the restrictions ordered on Greater Sydney.

“I also want to stress that again we remain on high alert, but New South Wales is doing well,” Premier Gladys Berejiklian said.
