Sydney North Shore CASTLE expected to fetch a 2020 property record at $32 million

A property on Sydney’s north shore may set the record for the area’s most expensive sale of 2020 – but it’s no super-modern mansion of glass and steel.

In fact, it’s a real-life CASTLE.

Inisfallen sprawls over a site of around 8000 square metres at 14 Cherry Place in Castle Cove.

It’s expected to fetch a grand old price of around $32 million.

So what exactly do you get for your money?

Firstly, the castle has been owned by the same entity since 1988, so it hasn’t passed through a lot of hands.
