‘Plastic Hearts’ singer Miley Cyrus ‘fell off’ during the pandemic, but is now two weeks sober

Miley Cyrus is being open about how she too has struggled during the pandemic.

During a recent appearance on Apple’s ‘New Music Daily with Zane Lowe’ which dropped Monday, Cyrus said she “fell off” and would never want to pretend that she has been sober.

“I fell off and I realized that I now am back on sobriety, two weeks sober,” said the singer/actress who back in June revealed that she was six months sober then. “I feel like I really accepted that time.”

Cyrus said she’s decided not to play the blame game.

“One of the things I’ve used is, ‘Don’t get furious, get curious,’” she said. “So don’t be mad at yourself, but ask yourself, ‘What happened?’”

The star said she has issues with moderation and said she believes everyone should do what’s best for them.

That may not be sobriety for everyone, Cyrus said, though she said for her alcohol can lead to impulsive behavior.
