Casula crash that left a teenager fighting for life is caught on another car’s dash cam

A horrific collision that left a 17-year-old boy fighting for life was caught on another car’s rear dash camera.

The teenager was walking home with a friend from the train station in Casula on Thursday afternoon when he was hit by a van.

It mounted the kerb and ploughed into the boy, sending him flying 20 metres into a brick wall.

He suffered critical head injuries as a result of the crash.

A spokesperson for South Western Sydney Local Health District confirmed to 7NEWS.com.au on Friday he was still fighting for life.
