SAS Australia star Ant Middleton is bringing his internationally acclaimed speaking tour to Australia this July.
The former British special forces soldier’s Mind Over Muscle tour will start in Canberra before heading to Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne.

Best known for his role as Chief Instructor on Channel Seven’s hit series, SAS Australia, Ant has become a much-loved master of survival and endurance on and off the screen.
Priot to his TV work, the military man had a formidable career in the UK’s elite special forces, including the Marines, 9 Parachute Squadron and Special Boat Service.
The Mind Over Muscle tour will see Ant tell his incredible life story and give a glimpse into his time in the military, his training techniques and experiences that have helped him deal with any situation that life has thrown at him.
He will also give insider info about SAS Australia, his battle to overcome Mount Everest and the many other challenges he has faced.
Speaking to Sunrise, Ant said Mind Over Matter is “a straight talking tour.”
“I’m going to be talking about my life, how I got to be where I am today, ultimately about my unique mindset that I’ve used through my military career, my media career and throughout life in general to get to where I am,” he explained.
“It’s basically getting out there and showing people what we’re capable of when we put our mind to things.”
